Analytics is switched off by default. No Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics data is sent unless you actively accept analytics cookies. Where you do consent, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and identifiers in your browser to distinguish visits and sessions; details of the cookies and identifiers Google Analytics uses are published by Google at Google Analytics cookie usage. We use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode, with advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation permanently denied — we do not enable Google advertising features.

04 Third-party cookies

Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google and is only activated after your consent. Google’s handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our “Book a Consultation” links open Microsoft Bookings on an external Microsoft website. That site is operated by Microsoft and may apply Microsoft’s own cookies, privacy terms and technologies, which are outside our control.

05 Managing your choices

You are in control of non-essential cookies. You can:

• accept or reject analytics cookies when prompted, and reopen Cookie preferences at any time to change or withdraw your choice — withdrawal takes effect immediately and stops further analytics tracking;
• adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies — most browsers let you do this through their privacy or security settings;
• use your browser’s “private” or “incognito” mode to limit what is stored.
